Yes. Contact us about the signs you’re seeing, and we’ll discuss the appropriate next steps. Active infestations require an evaluation and may need corrective treatment and follow-up beyond routine exterior monitoring. Any recommended work will be explained and quoted separately.
Does The Widow's Mark cover an existing rodent infestation?
The Widow’s Mark includes ongoing exterior rodent monitoring and preventive service, not a complete cleanout of an existing infestation. Corrective trapping, additional visits, or other intensive work may require a separate proposal.
What does your preventative rodent service include?
The Widow’s Mark typically includes three to four exterior rodent stations with routine monitoring and service during your four scheduled quarterly visits. Winter-focused rodent attention is part of those visits, not an additional fifth service.
Will you seal openings where rodents enter?
We can identify and report accessible potential entry points and explain concerns we observe. Physical sealing, structural repairs, and full rodent exclusion are not included in routine monitoring and would require separate arrangements.
How long does it take to resolve a rodent infestation?
The timeline depends on the severity of the activity, the property’s conditions, available access, and the treatment required. We’ll explain the recommended approach and any anticipated follow-up after assessing your situation.
Are exterior rodent stations safe around pets and children?
Stations are placed and serviced using appropriate equipment and according to product-label requirements, with household activity considered when choosing locations. No pest-control product is completely risk-free, so we’ll discuss precautions relevant to your property.
How is rodent service pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the extent of activity, property conditions, recommended treatment, and any necessary follow-up. We’ll discuss the proposed work and provide a personalized quote before service is approved.
