Black Label and The Widow’s Mark include qualifying return visits for pests covered by the selected plan. Web Guard between-visit treatments are quoted separately.
Entry Points & Other Structures
Annual entry-point observations are reported to the homeowner; sealing and structural repairs are not included. Black Label and The Widow’s Mark cover one small detached shed. Larger areas or additional buildings may require a separate quote.
Services are subject to the selected protection agreement, site conditions and applicable product labels. Specialty infestations, corrective treatments and expanded property coverage may require a separate proposal.

Preventive Yard & Rodent Care
The Widow’s Mark includes seasonal preventive flea, tick and chigger yard applications within a standard residential treatment area. Existing flea infestations may require corrective service. The winter rodent focus is part of the normal four-visit schedule.

Every home is different. We’ll explain your coverage, recommendations, and service terms before you approve your plan.
How often will my home receive service?
All three protection programs include four scheduled visits each year, typically one per season. We focus on your home’s exterior and accessible treatment areas, with interior service as needed during scheduled visits. The Widow’s Mark’s winter-focused rodent service is part of that schedule, not an additional fifth visit.
What happens if pests return between visits?
Black Label and The Widow’s Mark include qualifying between-visit follow-up service for pests covered by your plan. With Web Guard, additional treatments between scheduled visits are available for an additional charge. Coverage and exclusions depend on your selected program and service agreement.
How is my protection plan quote determined?
We consider your home’s size, the surrounding yard or treatment area, your selected plan, and any current pest concerns. You’ll receive a personalized quote with the recommended scope of service before you decide whether to proceed.
Does The Widow's Mark cover an existing rodent infestation?
The Widow’s Mark includes ongoing rodent monitoring and routine protection, including exterior rodent stations and winter-focused service. An established or extensive infestation may require corrective work beyond routine protection. Major interior trapping, structural exclusion, and similar work are evaluated and quoted separately when needed.
Are any pest problems outside the plans?
Some specialty services require a separate assessment and quote. Examples can include bed bugs, German cockroach infestations, corrective flea treatments, mosquitoes, wildlife, structural rodent exclusion, and extensive interior trapping. We’ll explain what is and isn’t included in your selected protection plan.
Are there service agreements or cancellation terms?
Yes. Our recurring protection programs have written service terms. We’ll review your coverage, initial-service conditions, and any applicable early-cancellation charges before you approve your plan, so you know what to expect.
